Service user involvement

We have an active service user group who meet on a quarterly basis. Through their direct experience of using the service, this group helps us to evolve our service to make sure it meets the needs of veterans across London. Our lead veteran peer chairs this group and we also have a volunteer veteran peer. We are always interested in gaining new members to act as our ‘critical friends’ so please contact us if you would like to be part of this group.

The service user group also aims to raise awareness of our service, break down barriers to access and improve the service through a you said, we did approach. Please read through the information leaflet if of interest  OpCourage Service User Leaflet (1)2026.pdf [pdf] 518KB
